At Seroplasma Speciality Laboratory, we strive to provide accurate and timely diagnostic services to all our patients. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• If a test or service is cancelled by Seroplasma due to technical or operational reasons.
• If the patient cancels the test or appointment before sample collection and payment has been made in advance.
• If there is a duplicate payment or transaction error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

• If the test has already been conducted or the sample has been collected.
• If the cancellation request is made after the test report has been processed or delivered.
• In case of dissatisfaction with the result, interpretation, or external clinical decisions.
• For missed appointments or failure to provide a sample after scheduling.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must:

• Email us at seroplasma.kol@gmail.com or call us at +91 90515 01999 within 48 hours of the issue.
• Provide proof of payment and valid reason for the refund request.
• Submit the request with all relevant documentation or receipts.

4. Refund Processing Time

Upon validation of your request, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be made through the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Mode of Refund

• Online Payments: Credited back to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI).
• Cash Payments: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in person at our center upon producing valid ID and receipt.

6. Cancellation by Seroplasma

If we cancel or are unable to conduct a test due to unforeseen technical or logistical issues, we will issue a full refund or offer an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
