• The accuracy of test results depends on the quality of the sample received.
• We reserve the right to decline processing if a sample is compromised, improperly labeled, or insufficient.

4. Reports and Turnaround Time

• Test results will be delivered within the stipulated time unless there is a valid reason for delay.
• Reports can be collected at our center, sent via email, or accessed digitally (where applicable).
• Interpretation of diagnostic reports should always be done by a qualified medical practitioner. Seroplasma is not liable for any self-interpretation or misuse of reports.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All tests and services are chargeable as per prevailing rates.
• Full payment must be made before test reports are released.
• Refunds will be processed only in the event of service cancellation or duplicate payments. No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing tests.

We value your privacy and handle your medical and personal data with the utmost confidentiality. Your data will be used solely for diagnostic and service purposes unless disclosure is required by law or you provide consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seroplasma strives to maintain accuracy in test results and service quality. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from report usage or service delays. Clients must consult certified healthcare professionals for medical decisions and treatments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
